Can I make any selections? No. The way the builder is able to keep costs down and work on such a fast timeline is by eliminating all customization options.
Can I pick which lot my home goes on? No. All of these homes have already been assigned to specific lots.
Are these homes built more “cheaply” than other new builds? Not at all. The builder uses the same quality materials as other builders in the area but is able to save by purchasing in bulk and is therefore able to pass those savings onto the buyer.

Will any of these homes have basements? Yes, there will be a few options for homes with basements. Contact us to learn more.
For the homes that don’t have basements, will there be a safe room? Yes, for homes built on slab foundations with no basements, there will be a safe rooms in the garages.
How long is it going to take for the houses to be completed? Once construction has begun, you can expect your home to be complete in around six months.
What appliances are included? Included with your home are the refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range, washer, and dryer.
Is landscaping included? Yes, sod and landscaping (and irrigation system) are included. The yard will be fully sodded in the front and on the sides and 20’ from the back of the home. Beyond that, the yard will be seeded.
If we pay extra, can we add features? No but we are happy to provide you with contacts and resources who can help you with anything you need.
When do I pay? This is a typical real estate transaction where you will pay earnest money when you sign the contract and the remaining balance would be due at closing.
